Late Registration is only possible if free places are available on raceday.

Finisher Present Each participant will receive a present after the race.
Award Ceremony Honored, in addition to the 3 first overall in the 3 first-of all ages and the first 3 relays. Presentation of the prizes in person only after the race.

Relay Competition

A relay team consists of a swimmer, a cyclist and a runner, each only doing one discipline. The handover of the transponder (acts as the baton) is in the transition zone. Only then can the next team member start. Each relay-participant must be at least 16 years old. A team can be made up of both genders, there are no age categories for the relay. At least 2 Participants must start for one team. No Participant is allowed to do two disciplines consecutively. All other competition rules still apply.

Start number The start number must be worn on the back for cycling and then on the front for running; thus ensuring it is visibly worn at all times.
Timekeeping The timekeeping is done by transponder (swim, bike and run split). The transponders must be handed in immediatley after the finish.
DTU Race Order During competition the german road traffic regulations (StVO) and the DTU Race Order (see German Triathlon Union apply.

Disqualifications Participants who violate the rules of the DTU (German Triathlon Union) will be disqualified.
Drafting is prohibited! Fair ride!
Equipment Wet suits are allowed and recommended if the water temperature is below 22°C!
Wearing a helmet is mandatory! (Using a bike specific helmet).
Catering In the transition area (drinks and fruit). After about 3 km on the course (water).
Sanitary Accessories Toilets and showers are available in the stadium.
Infopoint In the competition area you can find an information point and meeting point.

Lost and Found All lost property is collected on race day at the Information Point.

Parking near the stadium area is possible.
Timely arrival is appreciated.
Conditions For Participation The competition is open to all female and male participants from ageclass "Juniors" (18+19 years). Exception: Relay-Participants must be aged 16 and above. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw participants from the race if there appears to be a risk on injury or illness.
Environment Protection The participant should respect the interests of the environment protection by his behaviour. Garbage (gel packaging, empty bottles, etc.) may be decontaminated on the bike- and on the run course only in the area of the stadium at the places intended for it (waste-bins or -bags).  


Warning! The organiser reserves the right, when storms / lightning storms or other unforeseen reasons occur, to cancel or suspend the competition.
